What's Wrong With This Picture?
No, it's not the shadow down the front of his shirt, though if I were better versed in Photoshop, I would have fixed it. I'm not talking about the photography, I'm talking about what this man is doing.
The way he's holding his cell phone, rattling off a text to his buddy. His wrists are bent, his right thumb is held above the touchscreen via muscle tension, and his neck and shoulders are surely hunched over. All these can lead to a repetitive strain injury.
